The individual being recruited must have strong computer science credentials, passionate about IT security and have a track record of success. Requirements
- At least 3 years of strong Python and Java development in a lead role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

IT Technician – New York City
TopPatch, an expanding IT security firm located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will have the important task of providing world-class support to customers from all over the world using our technologies. You will have an opportunity to work closely with our business development executives, our customers and our product development team. Responsibilities will also include: maintenance of networks, performing installations and upgrades.
Requirements
- Experience with other Security vendors, and within Vulnerability and Patch Management (an advantage)
- B2B sales experience within IT security or similar fields (an advantage)
- At least three years of experience in a similar role, including experience with detecting problems in configuration, networks and solving software and hardware problems for users
- Experience working with networks: Win 2008-2012, including Active Directory, Domain Management and Linux servers
- Experience working with communication equipment (e.g. switches, routers, firewall) and information security.
- Professional knowledge in infrastructure (XEN ESX)
- Experience with communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP, DNS)

TopPatch is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, outgoing, friendly, personable, well-spoken Account Manager/Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of IT sales experience (we will provide product specific training). This role involves selling our portfolio of software and services. The individual will develop relationships at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.
Requirements
